Shopping with us
We sell kitchen storage products, including countertop knife and utensil organizers, to customers in the United States. You must be legally able to place an order and provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information.
Product details
Check the description, measurements, available sizes and care instructions on the product page before buying. Materials and finishes are specific to each item. Check the materials and dimensions listed for your selected option. Screen settings may cause small differences in how colors appear.
Prices and checkout
Prices are shown in US dollars. Standard US shipping is free. The checkout shows the order total, including any applicable taxes or other charges, before you pay. Use only the payment methods currently offered at checkout. Please review your items and address before submitting the order.
Orders and changes
We send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. If something is wrong, contact us promptly. We will try to change or cancel an order before dispatch, but cannot promise a change once preparation or shipment is underway.
If an item is unavailable, an obvious listing error affects your order or a payment cannot be verified, we will contact you. If we cancel an order for which payment has been taken, we will refund it to the original payment method.
Delivery
Allow 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 4–5 business days in transit. Standard US delivery is free. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Arrival estimates may be affected by carrier or weather delays. Contact us about missing or damaged parcels so we can investigate and arrange a resolution. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing customer service. We review requests within 2 business days and provide the current overseas return address by email. Buyers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns; we pay it for quality defects, damage or incorrect items sent by us.
After the return arrives, we review it within 2 business days and process an approved refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it. Read the Refund and Returns Policy for the full process.

Please do not misuse accounts, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the store or reuse protected content without permission. Third-party payment or delivery services have their own terms and privacy information.
Your rights and questions
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If there is a problem with an order, email us first so we can work on a solution. Any lawful rights to pursue a complaint or claim remain available.
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that purchase.
