When will my order arrive?

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing and transit are separate stages. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date; weather, carrier delays and busy periods can affect delivery. If a delay affects your order, contact us and we will help you check its progress.
Delivery cost and destination
Standard delivery to the United States costs $0. We currently accept orders for US delivery addresses only. Enter a complete address, including apartment or unit details and the correct ZIP code, so the carrier can find you.
Tracking your parcel
Once your order ships, we send tracking information by email. Tracking may not show movement immediately after the label is created. If you have not received the email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Need to change an address?
Email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will check whether the address can still be changed. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Late, missing or damaged deliveries
If delivery is taking longer than expected, or tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, email us. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier. For a confirmed lost shipment, we will arrange a replacement or refund. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, keep the packaging and send us photos if possible so we can resolve the issue.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible return. Contact customer service first for the current overseas return address.
