For order questions
Include your order number and the email used at checkout. If an item arrived damaged, has a quality problem or is not what you ordered, photos of the item and packaging will help us review it. Please do not email passwords, full card details or identity documents.
For returns and refunds
Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to request an eligible return. We review requests within 2 business days and email the current overseas return address and packing instructions. Please wait for that email before shipping your parcel.
Buyers cover change-of-mind return postage. We cover return postage for quality problems, transit damage and incorrect items sent by us. After receiving the return, we complete the refund review within 2 business days and process an approved refund within 5 business days. Your bank may need extra time to post it.
